My delivery got here when they said it would, everything went smoothly, no real issues at all...

I had to reach out to toadfish about an issue with my order, and it took longer than I expected to get a real answer. They did eventually answer my question, but only after I followed up. The first response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages, which just makes it more annoying when you’re trying to get something fixed. Nothing horrible happened, and the product itself was fine, but the customer service could definitely be faster and a little more straightforward

I got this Toadfish cup mostly because I wanted something that would, you know, actually keep my drinks cold, and it’s been better than I expected. Was it lightning fast? No. But they actually stood behind their product, which feels weirdly rare these days, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered from Toadfish the product itself feels really solid. It doesn’t seem cheap at all, works the way it should, and feels like it’ll hold up for a while. That said, the overall experience left me feeling a little dismissed, like my questions or concerns weren’t really taken seriously. Good stuff, but I wish the customer side felt as solid as the product.

I figured at this price they were probably saving money somewhere and I’d notice it right away, but it’s been solid so far. Does what I need, feels decent, and I haven’t had any issues. Happy with it.
